Description: Our client is a nonprofit serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead staff development within their compliance department Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver new hire orientation and ongoing staff training. Maintain training records in the HRIS system and ensure compliance with OPWDD standards. Develop and update training materials and curricula. Coordinate required training (SCIP-R, CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving). Partner with managers to identify training needs and assess program effectiveness. Manage outside vendor training and stay current with best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, or related field. Current SCIP-R, CPR, First Aid, and Defensive Driving certifications. 2-4 years' experience in developmental disability services and knowledge of OPWDD Strong communication, organization, and computer skills Valid NYS Driver's License required.
