Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney position located in San Diego, CA. As an Associate Attorney specializing in Mass Tort and Civil Litigation with trial experience, you will manage all aspects of litigation cases, including handling discovery, conducting legal research, drafting motions, and representing clients in court. The role requires interaction with clients, negotiation of settlements, and the ability to provide expert legal advice along with trail experience. Collaboration with a dedicated and experienced team will also be part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Law, including Mass Tort and Civil Litigation experience
• Expert skill in conducting Research and analyzing complex legal issues
• Demonstrated proficiency in Negotiation and settlement strategies in high-stakes cases
• 10-20 years of relevant legal experience, particularly with trial experience
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
