Non-Resident Fulltime Faculty: Online Mentor and Facilitator–Fundamentals of Innovation & Entrepreneurship

• Mentorship and Coaching:
  Guide and mentor learners in developing creative and entrepreneurial thinking skills through project-based learning and innovation challenges. Provide ongoing academic guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback that fosters independent and applied learning.
• Learning Design and Assessment Facilitation:
  Contribute to the enhancement of instructional materials, learning activities, and assessment tools for the Fundamentals of Innovation and Entrepreneurship course, ensuring they promote creativity, problem-solving, and real-world application within HBMSU’s smart learning environment.
• Research and Scholarship:
  Engage in scholarly and applied research in innovation, entrepreneurship education, and smart learning practices. Contribute to publications and projects that align with the mission of the School of e-Education and advance HBMSU’s leadership in digital and entrepreneurial education.
• Role Modeling:
  Exemplify entrepreneurial thinking, ethical leadership, and the professional values of HBMSU by inspiring learners through inclusive, value-driven, and practice-oriented engagement.
• Learning Support:
  Monitor learner progress, provide personalized feedback, and encourage continuous participation, creativity, and achievement through HBMSU’s online learning platform.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the School of e-Education team to ensure high-quality learning experiences aligned with HBMSU’s academic standards and innovation-focused learning outcomes.
• Professional Engagement:
  Participate virtually in faculty meetings, innovation forums, and professional development workshops to enhance online learning quality and share best practices in entrepreneurship education.

Job Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business Education, Educational Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring, online facilitation, and applied learning in entrepreneurship or innovation education.
• Strong understanding of design thinking, creativity, startup ecosystems, and innovation methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, English communication, and digital facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to engage learners in self-paced, experiential, and collaborative online environments.
• Familiarity with smart learning platforms, virtual teamwork tools, and innovative assessment methods.
