Job Title: Non-Surgical Hair Patch Consultant/Specialist/Technician

Role Summary

To guide clients through the process of choosing, fitting, styling, and maintaining non-surgical hair replacement systems, providing expert advice and ensuring a natural, satisfactory outcome while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth sessions to understand hair loss, assess needs, and recommend suitable hair patch solutions.

Sales & Targets: Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals, manage client records, and follow up on leads.

Technical Application: Fit, cut, style, and blend hair patches to match client's hair, skin tone, and desired look for a natural finish.

Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of hair patch materials (e.g., mono, skin base) and attachment methods (glue, tape).

Client Retention: Build strong relationships, provide aftercare instructions, and ensure high satisfaction for repeat business and referrals.

Clinic Operations: Assist with maintaining stock, ensuring clean work areas, and supporting overall clinic function.
