We operate one of the largest nationally unionized canvass in the country, fighting for workers’ rights! We invest an hour of training every day with our field outreach staff, empowering them for career advancement as well as building real, lasting power amongst workers.

What we do:

Working America organizes crucial issues, legislative, and electoral campaigns at the national, state, and municipal levels on behalf of working families. We have a strong track record of getting important legislation passed to help working families, and winning elections to get pro-worker representatives into office.

• Training provided daily
• Leadership development and rapid advancement
• Full time schedule, Monday-Friday 12:30 PM to 9 PM, with overtime opportunities available, paid at time and a half
• Travel opportunities
