Job description

Full-time salaried position available immediately with a local law firm’s title operations department.

Law firm seeks a motivated and flexible individual to join our professional team as a Real Estate Mortgage Loan Closer.

The members of our Real Estate Mortgage Loan Closing team travel to a variety of locations, including lending institutions, Realtor's offices, borrower's homes, places of employment, etc. This team is responsible for meeting with parties to go over the loan closing documents, ensuring proper execution and acknowledgement.

This position is Monday through Friday with most normal banking holidays observed. However, this position is not a "9-5 job", as the hours vary day to day due to scheduling needs. For this reason, the ideal candidate must have availability for a flexible schedule during the work week.

REQUIREMENTS:
