Bartender (Minimum wage + Tips)

As a Bartender, you’ll craft cocktails, pour drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. You’ll connect with guests, deliver exceptional service, and ensure the bar runs smoothly in a fun and energetic environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers.
• Provide engaging, attentive, and professional service at the bar.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Accurately process orders, handle payments, and follow responsible alcohol service laws.
• Stay knowledgeable about cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and restaurant offerings.
• Support team members, including barbacks and servers, to ensure smooth operations.

• Prior bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for bartending.

This role may involve standing and walking for extended periods, handling objects, reaching, and communicating effectively. It may also require lifting or moving up to 25–50 pounds.
