What the Work Actually Looks Like

Straightforward, in-home care - no surprises.

You may assist with:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming
• Transfers (with or without gait belt)
• Meal prep & light housekeeping
• Companionship & safety supervision
• Accurate documentation
• Communicating changes to the care team

What You Need (Non-Negotiables)

To respect our clients and your time, we screen clearly:

• Valid driver’s license

(Restricted licenses & ID cards are not accepted)

• Auto insurance & reliable transportation
• 2+ years of elder caregiving experience (CNA or non-CNA)
• Ability to pass background check
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
