What You Do

As part of the FOH Lao'd Bar team, you will:

• Master the menu and confidently explain dishes, ingredients, and beverage offerings
• Follow steps of service with efficiency, grace, and urgency
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate constantly with teammates, management, and the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all areas of the restaurant before, during and after service
• Taking orders at counter, running food, bussing, resetting tables
• Elevate each guest's experience through attentiveness, warmth and genuine connection
• Teamwork is everything!

Requirements:

Servers/Food Runners

• Weekend & Holidays availability is required
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay composed under pressure
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• TABC & Food Handlers license
• Prefer 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced dining environment. However, we are open to training individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, genuine curiosity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. If you show up with the right attitude, we'll invest in teaching you the rest.

Bartenders

• A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Proven ability to batch cocktails efficiently, consistently, and with attention to detail
• Strong multitasking skills, including managing cocktail production while simultaneously taking and entering guest orders
• Ability to make cocktails quickly, accurately and with clean technique during peak service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
