Proudly serving the Miami community for over 23 years, we are known for our dedication to quality, service, and hospitality. We are currently hiring for the following front-of-house positions:

Host/Hostess

We are looking for a polished, professional individual to greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Full availability for lunch and dinner shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused

Busser / Food Runner
The River Oyster Bar – Brickell

Established, high-volume seafood restaurant in Brickell is looking for a dependable and energetic Busser / Food Runner to join our team.

This position is essential to maintaining smooth service between the kitchen and dining room. We’re looking for someone who moves with urgency, works well under pressure, and takes pride in supporting the team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food accurately and promptly
• Reset and maintain tables
• Assist servers and bartenders during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations

Qualifications:

• Restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to work nights & weekends
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic
• Able to lift trays and stay active throughout shift

Server / Server-Bartender Hybrid (Full-Time)

We are seeking experienced, knowledgeable, and service-driven professionals to join our service team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Strong wine knowledge; seafood experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to work well under pressure
• Full-time availability, including nights and weekends

Pay: $10.98 - $20.00 per hour
