A Drop of Jazz Restaurant is preparing for our exciting grand opening, and we are seeking passionate, dependable, and energetic team members to join our growing restaurant family!

We are hiring both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) staff for a full-service dining experience focused on great food, outstanding customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.

• Restaurant Manager
• Executive Chef / Head Chef
• Sous Chef

Back-of-House (BOH)

• Line Cooks

• Dishwashers / Stewards
• Pastry Chef (Optional)

Front-of-House (FOH)

• Servers
• Hosts / Hostesses
• Bartenders
• Barbacks
• Bussers
• Food Runners
• Sommelier (Optional)

Responsibilities May Include

• Providing excellent customer service
• Preparing and serving quality food and beverages
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Working as part of a professional team
• Following food safety and restaurant procedures
• Supporting daily restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (varies by position)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation
• Food Handler or Alcohol Certification preferred for applicable positions
