Chelsea's Home Healthcare is urgently Hiring an LVN in the city of Irvine Ca.for 1:1 Care .

LVN– One to One ratio

Our mission is to provide comprehensive home health care of the highest quality to patients in their place of residence. We provide services for the patient in accordance with the plan of care directed by the patient physician. Chelsea’s Home Health care specializes in adult and pediatric patients with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator status.

Patient Care Details: female pediatric patient ( 5yrs old ) MUST attend school w/ patient

• Condition: G-tube, Neurological dystonia,

• Shift: Mon- Fri 7:30am -3:30pm

BELOW ARE GENERAL DUTIES FOR ALL PATIENTS:

• Adult and pediatric patients with G-tube, Tracheostomy and Ventilator for more information please ask the Care Coordinator for patient care detail.
• Care consists of monitoring the patient's status, maintaining ADL, administering medication via pump or mouth, feeding via pump, and breathing treatment.
• Changing tracheostomy dressing, ties, and providing suctioning 3-5 times per day.
• Ventilator circuit changes and humidifier maintenance.
• Documenting via Axxess (electronic documentation).

Pay:

$28.00-$30.00

Credentials Requirements:

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
• Current Physical
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card
