We’re a local lawn care business looking to hire a reliable lawn care technician for the 2026 season. This role is focused on lawn mowing, trimming, and basic cleanup only — no pesticide or chemical work.

Job Duties
Lawn mowing (push & zero-turn mowers)
Trimming and edging
Blowing off driveways and walkways
Loading/unloading equipment
General lawn maintenance
All equipment provided.

Pay

$15–$17/hour + performance bonuses
Most techs earn $18–$22/hour with bonuses
Weekly pay
Seasonal position (spring–fall)
Hours vary based on weather

Schedule

Full-time seasonal (weather dependent)
Typically weekday work
Early start / early finish most days

Requirements

Must be dependable and show up on time
Comfortable working outdoors in heat
Able to lift 40–50 lbs
Valid driver’s license required
Lawn care or equipment experience is a plus (but not required)
