Black Horse Painting is looking for experienced, dependable Crew-Leading Painters to join our growing team. If you’re a skilled residential painter with foreman-level experience, a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in your craft—this could be your next big move.

We specialize in high-quality interior and exterior painting projects throughout the Inland Empire—Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino Hills, San Dimas, Covina, Riverside, and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5+ years experience as a Painting Foreman or Lead Painter
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage job sites and crews
• A clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license
• Able to pass regular drug testing and background checks
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Fully equipped with sprayer, ladders, and essential hand tools
• Excellent communication with clients and teammates
• Strong attention to detail—you don’t cut corners

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise residential and light commercial painting crews
• Communicate with clients, keep them updated, and meet job expectations
• Prep surfaces (scraping, patching, sanding, masking) and ensure clean lines
• Spray, roll, and brush interior and exterior surfaces to a professional finish
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Collaborate with other trades when needed
• Load/unload company vehicles, manage supplies, and track materials
• Deliver a professional image at every stage of the job

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Pay Range: $22–$28/hr (based on experience; negotiable)
• Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday – no nights, no weekends
• Locations: Projects throughout the Inland Empire
