Now Hiring: Part-Time Licensed CNA Caregivers (Must Drive Own Vehicle)

Assisting Hands Home Care of Frederick, Carroll, and Washington Counties is currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers for all shifts – mornings, days, evenings, overnight, and weekends.

We are specifically looking for applicants who meet the following required qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements (Only applicants who meet ALL criteria will be considered):

• Active CNA License
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Active car insurance
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification
• Current TB test

Because we serve clients across Frederick, Carroll, and Washington Counties, caregivers must be willing and able to travel to different coverage areas as needed.

Please note:
Applicants who do not currently meet the CNA license and driving/vehicle insurance requirements will not be eligible at this time. However, we warmly encourage you to reapply once you have obtained these qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs and IADLs according to the Plan of Care
• Provide personal care, companionship, and transportation
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Monitor client health and provide medication reminders
• Encourage independence and engagement
• Assist with therapy exercises as directed
• Document client activities and report changes promptly to supervisors
