EverBloom Holistic Nursing, PC is a growing, neurodivergent-affirming mental health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families across California.

We specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges—through a compassionate, relationship-based approach.

We are expanding and looking for a passionate LMFT who wants to grow with a purpose-driven practice and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide therapy services in a hybrid setting (in-person + telehealth).

This is an ideal role for someone who values:

Location

• Hybrid (Telehealth + In-Office)
• Sacramento, CA (must be able to commute for in-person sessions)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday–Friday (approx. 9 AM–5/6 PM)
• No weekends
• Minimum 2 days/week to start
• At least 1 in-office day
• At least 1 telehealth day
• Build your caseload at your own pace

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy (children, adolescents, adults)
• Use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions
• Customize treatment plans based on client needs
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers (PMHNP-led team)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in a supportive, team-based clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active California LMFT license (required)
• New grads welcome
• Interest or experience with:
• Autism
• ADHD
• Anxiety
• Trauma
• Comfortable with telehealth + in-person sessions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Alignment with a neurodivergent-affirming, family-centered approach
