Duties

• Perform patient observation and monitor vital signs to ensure safety and well-being
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Support residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s
• Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to document medical records and care
• Assist with cooking and cleaning tasks
• Conduct patient observation for changes in condition
• Support with laundry, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean environment

Experience

• Prior experience in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
