We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Med Techs to join our team. We are looking for PRN & PT Med Techs The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care provided to our residents and support within various daily living tasks. This position requires a strong commitment to patient well-being, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs, including those with memory issues.

Duties

• Provide personalized care and support to residents living with memory loss
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and engagement programs
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe environment for all residents
• Med Techs: Safely administer medications and document according to community standards

Skills

• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and daily care tasks safely and effectively.
• Understanding the stages of memory loss, common behaviors, redirection techniques, and safety considerations.
• Understanding environmental risks, monitoring mobility, and implementing safety plans.
• Medication administration knowledge, vital signs, understanding of chronic conditions.
• A caring heart and a commitment to resident dignity and independence
• Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive care team
• Strong communication and reliability
• Experience in senior care or memory care is a plus!

Required Certifications

• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Medication Technician Certification (Med Tech Certification)
