Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Advise clients on fair housing regulations and ensure compliance
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the real estate transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in real estate law

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to effectively market properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Familiarity with property management principles

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
