⭐ What You’ll Do

• Keep parking lots, sidewalks, flower beds, trash cans, and dumpster areas clean
• Use PME-provided equipment to maintain property standards
• Report any issues or needed repairs
• Follow all health & safety guidelines

⭐ What You MUST Have

• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Experience in porter work, landscaping, or groundskeeping
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependability, integrity, and a positive attitude
• Ability to pass a drug screening (required)

⏰ Schedule

• Full-time
• Start times between 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Must be available weekdays & weekends
