Caring for Heroes LLC., is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, in-home healthcare services to seniors, veterans, and disabled clients throughout Palm Beach County.

This part-time position is ideal for a nurse who values flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress
• Educate and support clients and family members
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach
