What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, engaging, and structured classroom environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and clear boundaries
• Communicate openly and professionally with parents and team members
• Model integrity, patience, and leadership every day

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and uphold high standards
• Early childhood education experience preferred (but not required for the right fit)
