What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
• Operate tools such as saws, drills, punches, and measuring equipment
• Handle materials like glass units and vinyl components
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Help produce high-quality products by following set processes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to read a tape measure (required)
• Basic English communication (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is helpful—but not required

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk for most of your shift
• Lift up to 40 lbs independently (up to 100 lbs with help)
• Push/pull carts and materials with assistance
• Perform bending, reaching, and lifting throughout your shift
• Be open to overtime and helping in different departments

Schedule & Pay

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Pay: $17.00/hour + 10% shift differential
