Sittrly is a fast-growing, local babysitting agency serving families across Clarksville and Fort Campbell. Our families are actively booking weekly for daytime care, date nights, recurring care, school pick-ups, and overnight support.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids
• Create fun, educational activities that promote learning and development
• Ensure children’s safety by following proper supervision protocols and implementing safety measures
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s needs and daily experiences
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle minor emergencies promptly
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care

Requirements

• Prior experience in babysitting, nannying, daycare work, or related caregiving roles is preferred
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Ability to care for infants and toddlers with patience, compassion, and energy
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours including day time, evenings or weekends
