Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent with 1–3 years of proven UAE real estate experience. If you are target-driven, passionate about property sales, and ready to grow your career in the UAE market — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and market residential and/or commercial properties
• Advise clients on pricing strategies and current market trends
• Conduct property viewings and professional presentations
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and closing terms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Maintain accurate transaction and client records
• Stay updated on UAE property laws and regulations
• Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of real estate experience in the UAE
• Proven track record in property sales or leasing
• Strong knowledge of the UAE property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
• Valid UAE driving license
• RERA certification (preferred, especially if Dubai-based)
