Open Positions

Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with selecting the right appliances for their needs and budget

Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone

Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with current promotions

Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked

Requirements:

Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and people skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work weekends and some evenings

Appliance Technician

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and service a variety of household appliances

Perform installations and ensure proper operation of units

Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Provide professional, friendly service to customers in the field and shop

Requirements:

Previous appliance repair experience strongly preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Ability to lift and move heavy appliances with assistance

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
