What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional residential cleaning experience
• Proven ability to maintain high-quality and consistent cleaning standards
• Ability to train, mentor, and support newer cleaners when needed
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Professional and respectful communication with clients and teammates
• Leadership mindset — someone who takes initiative and helps solve problems
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• A smartphone (we use an app for schedules and client details)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Available to work at least 1 weekend/month

Senior-Level Skills That Stand Out:

• Experience with deep cleaning and move-out cleaning
• Ability to spot quality issues and correct them
• Experience training or supervising other cleaners
• Strong organization and efficiency while maintaining quality
• Ability to represent the company professionally with high-end clients

Where You'll Work: We serve neighborhoods across San Diego including Point Loma, North Park, La Jolla, and surrounding areas. We keep you in the same general area each day to reduce drive time and stress.
