• A contracting company is looking to hire a Sales Executive with proven experience in contracting, real estate, interior design, or finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector

* Prepare, submit, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

* Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

* Previous experience in construction sales

* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills

* Valid Kuwait residency is mandatory

* Must own a car

* Professional attitude with strong business development capabilities
