Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly
• Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus
• Customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking
• Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are essential
