• Starting Pay: $19+/hour (based on experiencecertifications)
• Monday–Friday | Hours may vary

What You'll Do

• Support students in classroom learning and activities
• Assist with daily routines and personal care when needed
• Provide tutoring to individuals or small groups
• Monitor student behavior and progress
• Apply de-escalation techniques (training provided)
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom materials
• Supervise students during lunch, playground, or field trips
• Maintain confidentiality and a safe learning environment

What We're Looking For

• Patient, compassionate individuals who enjoy working with students
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Instructional Aide roles available without BT certification
• Experience with special needs students is a plus but not required
• Must pass TB test
