Are you a responsible, creative, and fun childcare professional looking to pick up flexible work in beautiful San Diego? We’re seeking experienced, reliable vacation nannies and babysitters to support families visiting San Diego for their getaways.

Families travel here to relax — and we help facilitate their childcare needs so parents can enjoy their vacation knowing their children are in exceptional hands. Assignments may take place at luxury hotels, resorts, Airbnb's, private homes, poolside's, or at the beach.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 5 years of childcare experience
• Experience with multiple age groups (infants through school-aged children)
• TrustLine certified (or willing to become certified)
• Adult & Infant CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Strong swimmer – assignments may be near pools or at the beach
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, punctual, and dependable

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to take initiative and plan age-appropriate activities
• Comfortable working in new environments (hotels, vacation homes, resorts, theme parks such as: The San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility with evenings and weekends (peak vacation times)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in vacation settings
• Plan creative, screen-free activities
• Ensure water safety when applicable
• Ensure safety in crowded, public places
• Maintain a tidy play space
• Communicate clearly with parents
• Represent our agency with professionalism and positivity
