CNA/Home Health Aide needed for private-pay, home care in Arlington Pay rate: $20hour Schedule: Every Saturdays and Sundays 3pm-11pm. Job Description: Seeking a reliable caregiver for a 57-year-old, active, quadriplegic woman in her home in the south Arlington area. Assist with range of motion exercises, use of adaptive equipment/wheelchair, and applying AFOs/splints Repositioning and turning Accompany the client on outings, errands, and medical appointments Provide safe transportation via the client’s vehicle Light housekeeping, linen changes, stocking and inventory of supplies, and laundry assistance Provide companionship Medication administration .Administrating injection Catheterization Skin monitoring, assessment, and re-positioning Assess for changes in health status Assist with ADLs and transfers via a Hoyer lift Light meal preparation and assistance with feeding as needed Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
