SABA Health Network’s first location in Longmont operates under the DBA, SABA Health & Wellness. SABA functions as an administrative services organization, providing infrastructure and operational support that allows integrative medicine practitioners to operate within our facility. Our collaborative environment includes chiropractors and wellness-focused providers working together to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

We are currently expanding our team and are seeking motivated, collaborative practitioners who are passionate about helping patients thrive in a multidisciplinary wellness setting.

Current Opportunities:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Naturopath
• Licensed Esthetician (LE)
• Nutritionist
• Pelvic Floor Therapist
• AcupuncturistWe are open to both employee

and 1099 independent contractor arrangements depending on the candidate and role.
