We Are Hiring Nozzleman!

Are you an experienced Nozzleman with expertise in spray applied fireproofing systems? We are seeking skilled professionals to join our clients' workforce and support the application of passive fire protection systems for commercial and industrial construction projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for applying spray applied fire resistive materials (SFRM) to structural steel, operating spray equipment, and ensuring fireproofing applications meet project specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong experience with fireproofing systems, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safe and high quality workmanship.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in the application of spray applied fire resistive materials (SFRM) to structural steel, including vermiculite based fireproofing systems.
• Proven experience as a Nozzleman applying SFRM or similar spray applied fire protection systems.
• Experienced in operating spray equipment, including pumps, hoses, nozzles, and associated application systems.
• Ability to set up and maintain consistent spray quality, material thickness, and surface finish throughout the application process.
• Experience working with fireproofing products such as Isolatek, CAFCO, Monokote, or similar products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of material density, yield calculations, and fireproofing material performance.
• Ability to consistently achieve specified coating thicknesses and finishes in accordance with project requirements.
• Experience operating continuous mixers and high output pump systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow fireproofing thickness schedules accurately.

Must-Have Requirements:

• With a valid passport.
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a four wheeled vehicle.
