We are growing and are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is excited by the future of functional and longevity medicine and wants to grow with a practice that is doing medicine differently.

About the Role

This position will begin at 1 day per week and is ideal for a clinician with experience in functional medicine — or someone with a strong interest in the field and a high level of motivation to learn.

This is an opportunity to enter a growing practice, receive training in our model, and expand into a larger role as patient demand increases. The right candidate is curious, coachable, clinically sharp, and energized by a more thoughtful, systems-based approach to patient care.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will work closely with our team to support patient care within a functional and longevity framework. Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting patient visits and follow-up appointments
• Reviewing symptoms, histories, and patterns through a root-cause lens
• Interpreting labs and advanced testing with training and support
• Creating and implementing personalized care plans
• Educating and guiding patients in a clear, motivating, and relationship-centered way
• Supporting patients with hormone, metabolic, gut, inflammatory, and lifestyle-related issues
• Collaborating with the physician and team on case review and care planning
• Learning and applying our clinical model and protocols over time
• Helping patients stay engaged, accountable, and moving forward in their care

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Experience in direct patient care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• High degree of professionalism, maturity, and follow-through
• Interest in personalized, preventive, and root-cause medicine

Preferred:

• Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, hormone health, lifestyle medicine, or longevity medicine
• Familiarity with advanced lab interpretation
• Experience managing complex chronic symptoms
• Strong interest in learning a deeper systems-based approach to care

Schedule and Growth

• Position begins at 1 day per week
• There is strong potential for increased days and eventual full-time growth as patient volume expands
• This role is best suited for someone who can see the long-term opportunity and is willing to start small

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
