NPD Engineer

Experience in Rubber or Plastic company is preferable

1. Product Development: Lead the development of new rubber products, from concept to commercialization.

2. Product Design: Collaborate with design teams to develop new product designs and prototypes.

3. Material Selection: Select suitable materials for new products, considering factors like performance, cost, and sustainability.

4: QC documentation knowledge such as PPAP and APQP must.

5. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute testing product to validate product performance and quality.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product deliver.

Skills

1. Industry Trends: Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and standards.

2. Sustainability: Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices in the rubber industry or Plastic Industry.

3. Customer Needs: Understanding of customer needs and expectations, including quality, performance, and cost.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
