The company follows structured ISO / IATF quality systems and emphasizes strong coordination between design, development, quality, and production for successful new product launches.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out Layout Inspection for new and existing development parts
• Prepare and maintain Sample Trial Reports during development and trial stages
• Perform PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) for NPD and regular production parts
• Handle day-to-day NPD activities including coordination with quality, production, and tooling
• Ensure readiness of supplies (raw material, bought-out parts, tooling, gauges, fixtures) for trials and production
• Support trial runs, process validation, and initial production activities
• Maintain documentation as per ISO / IATF requirements
• Assist in smooth handover from NPD to mass production

Qualification & Skills

• Minimum Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical / Plastic / Production or related trade)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and inspection processes
• Knowledge of layout inspection and trial activities preferred
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• Good documentation and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
