Job Title: NPD Quality Engineer

Location: Surajpur, Site C, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 5 – 6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality planning and assurance for New Product Development (NPD) projects
• Review product designs, drawings, and specifications for quality feasibility
• Prepare and implement APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and SOPs
• Coordinate with design, production, and vendor teams during NPD stages
• Conduct prototype inspection, validation, and testing activities
• Identify potential quality risks and suggest preventive actions
• Monitor pilot production runs and ensure smooth product launch
• Handle customer quality requirements and documentation
• Analyze quality issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other quality standards

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of NPD quality processes and tools
• Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Knowledge of process audits and product audits
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation
