NP/PA for Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an inpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation practice. This job and opportunity includes work on the acute inpatient rehab unit (MRU) within the hospital with an opportunity for possible expansion in other areas for interest individuals. Patient population includes rehabilitation in stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, debility in the medically complex and more. As a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team you will assist with formulating and implementing a comprehensive, patient-centered care plan to achieve expected outcomes within rehab. Responsibilities include daily rounding, coordination of care and note writing on rehab patients is using Epic Systems for documentation. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $118,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year
