PRT TEACHER

To plan , deliver and asseess developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children (typically ages 2-5), fostering holistic development (cognitive, social, emotional, physical), ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Design and implement daily lesson plans and activities based on age-appropriate frameworks (play,stroytelling,games).
• Encourage children's independence , exploration, and curiosity.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, maintain records and portfolios.
• Plan and facilitate group and individual learning experience (circle time, free play, guided activities).
• Promote langauge, pre-literacy, early numeracy, creative and motor skills development.
• create a classroom environment that is safe, clean, organised, inviting and conductive to learning.
• Observe and manage children's behaviour using positive reinforced and age-appropriate .
• Ensure children's safety and health (hygiene,first aid, emergencies).

PREFERED CANDIDATES;

• Certificate / diploma in nursery teacher training (NTT) or early childhood education (or equivalent).
• some experience working with preschool/nursery children is preferred.
• good communication.
• ability to plan,organise and manage a classroom evironment.
• Awareness of health, safety, child protection, and safeguarding norms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
