NTT Teacher – Job DescriptionPosition: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) TeacherDepartment: Pre-Primary / Early YearsLocation: Euro International School (or relevant campus)Role Overview

An NTT Teacher is responsible for nurturing young learners (ages 2–5) through engaging, activity-based teaching methods. The role focuses on building foundational skills in communication, social development, motor abilities, creativity, and early academics in a safe and joyful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching & Learning

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons through play-based and experiential learning.
  • Teach foundational concepts like letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and good habits.
  • Use storytelling, rhymes, songs, art, games, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
  • Maintain a fun, warm, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

2. Child Development & Care

  • Monitor children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • Identify learning needs or behavioural changes and support children accordingly.
  • Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and well-being of students throughout school hours.

3. Classroom Management

  • Organize classroom materials, learning corners, and activity areas.
  • Maintain discipline with positive reinforcement and child-friendly methods.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for young learners.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily records, student portfolios, and progress reports.
  • Communicate with parents during PTMs or whenever necessary.
  • Prepare lesson plans and weekly activity schedules.

5. School Events & Activities

  • Participate in school functions, celebrations, annual events, field trips, and workshops.
  • Coordinate with other teachers and staff for smooth functioning of school activities.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • NTT Certification from a recognized institution or equivalent early childhood training.
  • Graduate degree preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and caring for young children.
  • Creativity, patience, empathy, and classroom management skills.
  • Knowledge of early childhood pedagogy and playful teaching methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
