Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and deliver play-based lessons covering colors, shapes, letters, numbers, and social skills.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, orderly, and stimulating environment using child-friendly methods.
• Child Development: Nurture social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth.
• Assessment: Track developmental milestones, maintain student portfolios, and provide feedback.
• Parent Communication: Engage with parents through meetings (PTMs) and regular updates.
• School Activities: Participate in events, workshops, and field trips.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• NTT Certification: A recognized Nursery Teacher Training certificate is often required.
• Early Childhood Knowledge: Understanding of child psychology and early learning pedagogy.
• Soft Skills: Patience, creativity, empathy, strong communication, and a child-centric personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
