Role Summary

The NTT Teacher is responsible for delivering quality early childhood education and ensuring the overall development, safety, and well-being of pre-primary students in a residential school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate, activity-based teaching as per curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor and document student progress regularly.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Participate in school events, duty schedules, and residential responsibilities.
• Coordinate with parents and school staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in pre-primary teaching (residential school experience advantageous).

Skills

• Strong communication and child-handling skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle campus duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
