Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain system performance and reliability.
Preparing detailed service and installation reports within 48 hours of each site visit.
Supporting the preparation of technical specifications and documentation for projects involving system integration or analytical performance.
Submitting monthly activity reports summarizing completed work, ongoing tasks, upcoming site visits, and project progress.
Supervising and guiding technical staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Actively participating in weekly planning meetings with management and administrative teams to review schedules, priorities, and technical requirements.
Maintaining effective online communication and documentation to ensure visibility of progress and alignment with company objectives.
Attending training sessions and webinars organized by suppliers to stay updated on new technologies and system advancements.
