Gurnick Academy is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of Nursing, Allied healthcare, and Imaging programs.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Nuclear Medicine Clinical Coordinator for Distance Education (DE) within Gurnick Academy’s Associate of Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology program.

Salary Range: $118,000 – $125,000

Basic Function
The primary function of the Clinical Coordinator is to oversee and manage the day-to-day clinical rotations of students at affiliated clinical sites. This role involves coordinating students who are currently in, or preparing for, clinical rotations; maintaining consistent communication with clinical partners, the Program Director, and the Outreach Department; and supporting student placements.
The Clinical Coordinator also participates in didactic and laboratory instruction and assists with clinical site acquisition and maintenance. In addition, the role includes active involvement in student management to ensure satisfactory clinical progress. This includes monitoring grades, attendance, remediation plans, documentation, and disciplinary actions to ensure all records remain accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Current Nuclear Medicine Technology credential (NMTCB or ARRT)
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a
hospital, imaging center, or clinic.
One (1) to three (3) years of experience as a Clinical Instructor/Affiliate Education Supervisor in a Nuclear Medicine Technology program preferred.
Ability to travel, 50%: Central California, Nevada, Florida, and additional program regions as expansion continues.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple clinical sites.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms) and learning management systems.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to conduct site visits, student evaluations, clinical onboarding, and faculty/staff training.
