Nuclear Medicine Resident Medical Officer(RMO)

  • Assist the nuclear medicine consultant in conducting and reporting procedures such as PET-CT, SPECT, bone scan, thyroid scan, renal scans, etc.
  • Take a detailed patient history and ensure proper clinical evaluation before procedures.
  • Verify patient identity, consent forms, and necessary investigations prior to radioisotope administration.
  • Calculate and administer radiopharmaceutical doses under supervision as per safety protocols.
  • Monitor patients during and after procedures for any adverse reactions.
  • Maintain radiation safety standards as per AERB guidelines and hospital policies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of procedures, isotope usage, and patient records.
  • Coordinate with radiographers, technologists, nursing staff, and other departments.
  • Provide emergency management in case of reactions or complications.
  • Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and departmental audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
