Number Plate Assistant/Vehicle Yard Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Number Plate Assistant to support vehicle registration and number plate issuance activities. The role involves handling on-site operational work related to vehicle plates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with relevant authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the issuance, installation, and replacement of vehicle number plates
• Coordinate with vehicle inspection and registration authorities as required
• Verify vehicle documents and ensure correct data entry
• Maintain proper records of issued and returned number plates
• Support field operations for plate fitting and delivery when required
• Ensure compliance with RTA / transport authority guidelines
• Handle customer or internal requests related to plate issuance
• Maintain tools, stock, and materials used for plate production/installation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in vehicle registration, number plate issuance, or RTA-related work (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of UAE vehicle registration procedures is an advantage
• Ability to work in an onsite, outdoor, and operational environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit for field-related tasks
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license preferred (if field duties required)
