Nurse

Job Purpose:

Provide nursing care and services to guests in line with Health & Wellness standards, ensuring their wellbeing through thorough intake, monitoring, and guidance. Support daily operations to maintain smooth departmental performance, while serving as an ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture by leading through example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and medical services (intake, treatments, monitoring) in line with Health & Wellness standards.
• Maintain accurate and confidential guest medical records, ensuring safety and suitability of treatments.
• Support 24/7 operations, including day and night shifts, and assist in emergencies.
• Organize and maintain the medical section, liaising with health professionals and external providers.
• Prepare, monitor, and follow up with guests before, during, and after treatments, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Manage medical supplies, pharmacy inventory, sanitation, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, and promote wellness services.
• Document reports, incidents, and daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between shifts.
• Continuously contribute ideas to improve procedures and guest experience.

Job Requirements:

• BA/BsC in Nursing or equivalent valid for Saudi Arabia
• First Aid and CPR
• Mental Health and Mentoring
• Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage
• Previous experience in similar role, ideally in a health & wellness resort
• Experience educating guests on lifestyle changes and self-care to promote wellness
