### **Eligibility Criteria:**

* **Qualification:** B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)

* **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of nursing experience in an **assisted living facility** or similar geriatric care setting

* **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with elderly residents, their families, and the care team.
