You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from patient assessment and treatment to collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive health outcomes.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, managing and coordinating care plans in a fast-paced environment. Your role is vital in administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients and their families, providing education and support throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, carefully monitoring for side effects and patient responses.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical information, promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist in medical procedures and diagnostic tests as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Specify the country/region].
• Proven experience in a clinical setting (e.g., hospital, clinic, long-term care facility).
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month
